A digital solution to provide an end-to-end sales experience
Context
Pan Bank is of of the leaders banking regards payroll loans. It's is a product with indirect payment, whose debits are deducted directly from the payroll or benefit of the individual with lowers taxes and up to 30% of the consumer salary. An App was designer for the main sales channel, sales persons who visits potential clients to increase sales, the App was not performing as expected, so we need to find the problem and fix it.
In the first five months of 2018, Payroll loans for retirees grow 16%, it represents R$ 4 Billion.

Poor internet connection and timeout were making salesman rely on old tools to close the deals, leading to take notes manually to later input in the system in the stores. They were not using the App due to the lack of funcionalities in the product.
So we decided to offer the possibility to save proposals to deal with contingencies during the sale and information about the clients so the slesman would know how to prioritize his time.
